Our high quality fabrication services significantly lowers defect rates, consistently delivering customized solutions, providing your facility with reliable performance, maximizing the productivity of your processes.

R&D

SOGOO Cable engineering team experienced work with customers by managing projects for their cable harness and electro-mechanical products. Project management include sourcing raw material, documentation, supply chain qualification, prototype sample and ramp up to high volume production.

SOGOO Cable Team can also provide On-Site technical support as required by customer, especially at the initial stages of the design to assure that the cable assemblies has no issues in ramp up production and fully qualified for DFM.

SOGOO Cable engineering team can help customer by suggesting alternate/equivalent part(s) for product that can reduce lead time, improve quality or reduce the cost.

SOGOO Cable engineering team can create custom drawings using AutoCAD and Solid works. Drawings can be customized to add logo or any special assembly feature that customers require. YC Cable drawings capture key assembly process, quality check points and manufacturing standards.

Q: What do you need to make a quotation?

A: To make a good quotation should be sure by the following things:

1.Existing samples, or products drawings.

2. The quantity of products you are going to make.

Q: How much time do you need to quote?

A: Usually a quotation for a product is sent in 8 hours after we receive enquiry with all the necessary details.

Q: How long does it take to have products?

A: If in the stock, we will ship them within 3 working days. If don't have stock, depends on the quantity. We will give our extact delivery time when you get the quotation.

Q: What kind of payment conditions do you accept?

A.: For small order, we accept 100%T/T payment before producing. Total account is under 500USD, Paypal are available; more than 500 USD, wire transfer only.

For a large corporation needing thousands: 30%TT of deposit before producing, and 70% before shipping.

Q: What guarantee that you will make them as good as we do?

A: We can offer 1~3 pcs of samples to you for approval, if the quality is OK, and we will proceed our production. We always inspect all spes shown on drawings.
